Sole e Luna is situated on a 140 acre hillside estate with stunning views in all directions. Restored and extended in traditional materials, the house was originally on the site of a barn and other farm outbuildings. Overlooking a valley, the views are simply breathtaking - you will not be disappointed.

The living area provides a spacious, comfortable sitting room opening onto a wide terrace overlooking the pool, with superb views. The sitting room is equipped with a flat screen TV, video, DVD and Hi-fi system. Out on the terrace are comfortable loungers and tables. The modern and superbly equipped kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, large fridge/freezer, separate under counter fridge with small freezer section, dishwasher and all the other equipment that a gourmet cook would require. In the kitchen/dining area there is a breakfast bar for 2 and a dining table for 6. There is also another covered terrace off the kitchen with a large table that seats 8 for alfresco dining, and also a barbecue.

There are 3 bedrooms; the main bedroom with a king bed, the second with a double and the third bedroom with twin beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with power shower and bidet. There is also a second bathroom with the same facilities on this level and a third shower room on the lower floor.

On the lower floor, at pool level, is a games room with table tennis table, a small library with books, DVDs, videos and games, the third shower room and a laundry room with washing machine. Outside is a large private pool and gardens with fabulous views.
